We recommend bringing along breakfast foods, snacks, and a lunch for Saturday. You are also free to walk down to Fergie's or drive into town for a bite. Note, the shuttle bus will stop at a grocery and beer store on the way to the venue, so no need to stock-up before boarding. Please note as our wedding is fully catered from 12pm to 12am on Saturday June 19th, no outside food/drink will be permitted outside of the cabins at this time. Please enjoy the food & drink specially curated by us!

Yes! Fergie's offers a wide variety of delicious offerings, and we will make sure you are taken care of throughout the day. Please make sure to confirm your needs on the RSVP or with the bride/groom.

The sooner the better! However, please note we require final numbers for cabin allocation by January 31st 2027. Please reach out to the bride & groom if you are considering staying off-resort.

We encourage you to dress for the occasion, but with a splash of casual comfort - think linen suits and loafers, upscale sundresses and flats. It's a summer wedding in the woods. Please note that much of your time on wedding day will be spent on grass and forest floor, so we do not recommend stiletto high heels. Our colour scheme is quite broad, and includes blacks and charcoals, burnt oranges and burgundies, and forest-tone greens. Check out our graphic below, or any of the Lord of the Rings films for inspiration. Maybe leave the elf ears at home, though.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with our dinner and reception taking place in an outdoor event tent. As it is the West Coast and can rain at any time, we encourage you to pack accordingly for all weather!

Yes - ample parking on site! Each cabin comes equipped with a parking space (some have 2). Additional parking is provided in an overflow lot. Unfortunately no campers/RV's are allowed (see travel page for recommendation)

Yes! All cabins are equipped with power, a full bathroom, and kitchen. If you prefer to stay in a tent/glampsite, the resort has an additional facilities for use (heated bathroom & showers for getting ready).

While Sunwolf does have cellphone reception, it does not have Wifi. Unplug with us for the weekend! Digital cameras & rotary phones encouraged.

Yes! The venue is pet friendly, however some cabins are not. If you are looking to bring your pet, please notify the bride & groom for consideration with cabins.

As we have somehow acquired an entire 2-bedroom apartment worth of belongings since moving to BC in a Honda Civic, we do not need any gifts from our loved ones. If you would like to honour our union with a gift beyond your presence, we would ask for a cash donation to support our honeymoon dreams of New-Zealand, or a donation to support BC Firefighting services.
